* LYRICS * If my heart belongs to you, then yours belongs to me, I will hold on to you, If you hold on to me. And all the the things I do, I know you'd do for me, You know I care for you, Do you still care for me? But as the years go by, Will you stand by my side? Will you stay with me, Through all the tragedy? And I... Just want to know... That I'm not alone, I'm not alone... And I... Just want to know... As the shadows close... I'm not alone... As our bodies fade to dust, Will you still find your lust, I'll make love to you, if you will still love on me. In the sunset of our years, If we outlive our peers. I will take care of you, If you'll take care of me. But as the years go by, Will you stand by my side? Will you stay with me, Through all the tragedy? What will you do, IfI can't remember you, Will you still care for me? Will you hold on to me? If my mind is lost to you, And my body's death is due, Will you hold my hand? Will you see me to the end?

LYRICS: Around my mind, what I once said, So I can't sleep when I lay in bed, All the mistakes one makes everyday, Keep bouncing 'round here within my head. Dreaming dreams of silver screens, Leading on to break the seams, Broken promises down the river, All the ones left undelivered. If it's all hopeless, Gray and heartless, Karmic strikes upon me, For all things left undone. Feeling so homeless, Feeling so helpless, My mind is so restless, With all this regret pouring in. All alone, I lay at night, Thoughts abound until it's bright, With tired eyes I try to write, But how can things ever be alright again. I'm sleepless and dying, All broke up and crying, With open eyes I'm lying, I can't release the pain, though I'm trying. Trying to get through the night. I see the light in the sky, Though tired eyes must blink, The shining sun upon my face, My absence makes sad hearts sink. The daylight world is going by, I'm fighting what I can't admit, I'm trapped here within the night, Why won't my mind submit. I'm sleepless and dying, All broke up and crying, With open eyes I'm lying, I can't release the pain, though I'm trying. Trying to get through the night. I'm sleepless and dying, All broke up and crying, With open eyes I'm lying, I can't release the pain, though I'm trying. Trying to get through the night.

about

This semi-autobiographical concept album is about transitioning into adulthood and understanding the world. It has four parts:

Toil - Entering the workforce leaves young adults yearning to be more while toiling in often meaningless work. The imagination is free to wander and dreams grow from the seeds.

Love - We must learn to love and cultivate healthy relationships. It is always a struggle, but with the right person it seems effortless.

Reflection - Who am I? Where do I fit into this world? This are powerful questions and it takes much self-reflection to come to what are often temporary answers.

Resistance - Strength and confidence stems from self-reflection. This strength comes with a responsibility to be aware and conscious of the world outside one's scope, to protect the vulnerable and speak to injustice.
